Gardens in Vrindavan

One of the most famous Gardens in Vrindavan is that of Seva Kunj and Nidhuban. Lord Krishna performed Raslila with Radha here. This place acted as their getaway from the din and bustle of everyday life. Dancing with gopis and answering the many whims of his lover Radha was his favorite pastime. This garden also consists of a small temple which is dedicated to Radha and Krishna. In Nidhuban Krishna is said to have rested with Radha after a tiring day of merrymaking. There is a shrine in the premises which houses a bed. This is decorated every morning by the temple priest in reverence to the lover.
